I used this as a template to do a stove superlative version, and it was delicious! I got the sauce going as directed (in a pot), merely I added more water and continued adding water as necessary so it could cook together nicely without getting as well thick or called-for. Nosotros were low on money so I used footing chuck, browned information technology, and and then added it to the sauce as instructed. I let that cook for a couple if minutes equally I boiled the noodles, and then as my noodles were finishing I melted the cream cheese into the sauce. This is a delicious, very easy dinner! It besides re-heated very well.

So I made this today and the sauce was absolutely succulent. I didn't employ every bit much cream cheese as the recipe called for (I used about 5oz) simply all the same had a really dainty consistency to the sauce. My beef did get a footling tough. I loved how piece of cake this was to cook in the boring cooker. I have a slow cooker that browns, so I browned the meat and sauteed some onions and mushrooms and so followed the rest of the instructions to the letter of the alphabet. Super simple and actually delicious.

We just tried this recipe for the first time this evening... it was a hit! I am not the most kitchen-savy wife but I felt confident enough to give the crock pot a become. I took another reviewer's advise and merely used half of the onion soup pulverisation. It turned out neat! Husband loved it and has requested we add together this to our rotation. I used about 1.three pounds of stew cubes from the store and I call back if I had cut them smaller I could easily doube the rest of the recipe and accept more than enough for guests. I am broken-hearted to come across how it fairs as a reheated leftover.

I used stroganoff dry mix instead of onion mix. as well added mushrooms cause nosotros luv mushrooms. I browned the meat kickoff and cooked on hr for i and low for 2 hours! meat came out perfect.

I made this recipe with cooked ground beef and added mushrooms, garlic, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. I besides used merely half of the onion soup mix and cooked this on the stove peak. This was pretty good. I used chive & onion cream cheese for an extra boost. I notwithstanding adopt the real beef stroganoff, but for a weeknight or potluck, this is a quick, satisfying meal, though obviously loaded with sodium from all the processed products so expect your pants to exist a fleck snug the next day!

This recipe is neat! It is extremely simple to make but still tastes very skilful! My boyfriend hates mushrooms and this recipe doesn't contain them only yet has the aforementioned sense of taste every bit a stroganoff recipe that does. Overall, I am very pleased!

This was so simple and so fabled! I take to consume Gluten Complimentary, so I used Progresso brand Foam of Mushroom soup. It's not condensed, so I skipped the actress h2o. I also substituted beef flavored Ameliorate Than Bouillon for the onion soup mix because of gluten content. Oh, and I added a tin can of mushroom pieces, also. My sauce was a little thin, but tightened upward a scrap with the addition of the cream cheese. In the end, I ended up with a super fabulous gluten free repast with minimal effort. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you for sharing!

It was pretty practiced actually, I was impressed, as I haven't had luck with beef stroganoff in the by. I will get in again, particularly how easy it was to put together, could even practice for a weeknight meal with prep in the morning. The meat was tender as I left it in the crockpot for well-nigh six i/2 hours on low. Very skillful recipe. My girlfriend and I honey it. I cook information technology as the recipe says just I use ground chuck instead. I also add a tin can of mushroom stems & pieces, i beefiness bouillon cube and red onion chopped. I don't always add the reddish onion. Just when the moods correct! This recipe is uncomplicated and proficient. I doubled the recipe considering I was having several people over and didn't want to end upward short. Excellent Recipe! Extremely easy and very flavorful! I browned the beef before I added it to the crockpot. I simply used half a packet of onion soup mix because I notice they are unremarkably likewise salty for the states, and it turned out perfect.

This is very good and I arrive as-is on a regular footing (equally 5 star as-is). Withal, I also goofed once and thought I would share in instance it helps anyone. This was very good and easy to make. I used leftover grilled sirloin. I sliced it sparse and added it to the sauce later on information technology was washed. Would be skilful with whatsoever leftover beef. It was a piffling salty and then next time I will employ low sodium cream of mushroom. I added sour foam merely that is just because I really similar it. I served it with egg noodles merely the sauce was and then good that my son was sopping information technology up with sourdough bread. Far easier to make than standard stroganoff. Rather bland flavor. Had to add more garlic and some butter to make it taste amend. Maybe the mushrooms "watered" the flavor down some. The adjacent time I try this I will sample while cooking.

I really liked this recipe. It was a bit strong though so side by side time I plan on using two cans of soup for it. I don't like stroganoff just I wanted to make something different and this looked good. It is something I will make again and over again. Super simple and tasted good.

This was fantastic !! I made pocket-sized variations like subbing the water for beefiness stock, adding mushrooms and some flour to thicken the gravy. Over all amazing ! I let it cook on low for an extra hour and the beef literally cruel apart off the fork. Fantastic !

I used an unabridged bag of egg noodles and still had some sauce left over. Came out keen. I cooked my version for ane.5hr in the slow cooker on high, stirred briskly with a whisk to break up the meat a niggling further and and so some other i.5hr on high to end it off.

I made significant changes to the recipe. I use xc/10 footing beef. I as well season the meat with Canvender'southward greek seasoning. I add merely a one/iv loving cup of flour to the onions, garlic, fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms and footing beef. Then start thickening that with practiced Beef stock of your choosing. I also add together worcestershire sauce (teaspoon or to gustation) at the end and if necessary I'll add together the can of mushroom soup. Merely before serving I'll mix in 4 to 6 ounces of sour cream and serve hot over egg noodles. I realize that this complicates a simple recipe but to me the cost divergence and flavor combination works better.

So like shooting fish in a barrel! I used venison burger instead of beef tips and I added fresh mushrooms and onions to ingredients. I also cooked it stove top in xx minutes instead of 3hour crock pot. (Cooked mushrooms, onions and meat together and the soup mixture dissever. then once meat was finished I combined everything together and added the cream cheese and stirred until smooth. Served over noodles, yum!

I did not use a slow cooker but cooked information technology on the stove and simmered for about 1/2 hours. I used a can of water to get the mushroom soup out of the can and also used enough milk to find my desired consistency. Didn't utilize cream cheese, just sour cream. This is a very unproblematic and succulent recipe. I used ground beef instead and added more water and cream cheese. The onion pack made information technology too salty without the added water. The extra cream cheese keep information technology creamy. Will make again.

I did not take stew beef on hand and used meatballs instead. This was absolutely succulent! I will make information technology again! The sauce was very tasty, although I institute it a little salty, probably due to the fact that we accept tried to cut down on sodium. My husband, who is not a fan of Stroganoff, also enjoyed it very much!

Very squeamish flavor and unproblematic to brand. I used stew beef and tasted the meat virtually 2 hours in and it was very tender and medium rare. I had left the wearisome cooker on high that entire fourth dimension. I should accept stopped there, but left it on high another hour (as I misread the recipe) and the meat turned out a bit too well done for us and a bit tough. I'thou so sad, simply canned condensed soup and "soup mix" packets are nowhere on my favorite listing of recipe ingredients. I quite outgrew that stuff about 45 years ago when I learned to melt. Yummy! Didn't add together the soup mix or the other enhancements except greenish onions considering I marinated a cubed blade roast over night in scarlet wine and zesty Italian dressing. The result was flavourful and husband went for some other plate! I'll be making this once again with a better cutting of meat.

My husband and I loved this!! I used the recipe as a base and fabricated a few changes. I used sour cream instead of cream cheese and added fresh mushrooms. I also added garlic salt and a cup of red wine. Beefiness broth instead of water and cornstarch at the cease to thicken. Cooked on high for 2 hours and so on low for 6 hours. The extra cook time made a huge deviation. Super tender and tasty!

Will accept to double the recipe to feed a family of three boys next time around. Sauce was succulent. All of the ingredients for traditional beef stroganoff tend to be pricey, but this was unproblematic and much more affordable.
